The idea to create a centralised online portal to help people, not just brides and grooms, connect with reputable vendors came to fruition after Every Event Australia’s Managing Director, Mariah De Virgilio, was planning her own wedding amid the 2020 global pandemic.
“Navigating the planning process was challenging, particularly as I sought vendors offering unique products and services,” Mariah says.
“Constantly reaching out to different vendors trying to source these items and enquire about pricing information became a repetitive and time-consuming process,” she adds.
After realising the need for a centralised resource where all services and products could be easily viewed and booked online – without the need for the back and back between client and vendor – Every Event Australia was born.
“The mission [is to] simplify and streamline the event and wedding planning process while ensuring transparent pricing for clients,” Mariah says.
The forward-thinking concept not only helps people plan their events stress-free, but it’s also a win for vendors.
“We aim to create a platform that not only benefits clients but also assists vendors in boosting their businesses and brand and minimising their administrative tasks,” Mariah explains.
How it Works
Explore vendor listings, view photos of products and services with descriptions, and compare prices and packages.
Once you’ve found an item or service you love, simply add it to your cart, enter your event details and book it on the spot!
The vendor(s) will then confirm the order within 24 to 48hrs.

With a finger on the pulse in all areas of wedding planning, Mariah has gained insight into what’s trending this season.
“We’ve noticed a shift towards a ‘less is more’ approach, with couples focusing on intricate and personalised details to create unique wedding experiences,” Mariah reveals.
“Venue choice is paramount, and our venue directory has become an essential resource for couples in this aspect,” she adds.
Every Event Australia has also been a valuable asset to brides and grooms looking for those last-minute additions.
